Charity and Community Coaching

With a focus on neurodivergent-informed one-to-one coaching for focus, confidence, and real-life progress.

Many charities and community organisations support people who are neurodivergent or navigating differences in attention, sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, confidence, and life stability.

My one-to-one coaching offers a safe, structured, and compassionate space where clients can build self-understanding, develop practical tools, and take meaningful steps forward, at a pace that respects their nervous system and lived reality.

I bring lived experience or AuDHD and CPTSD (Autism, ADHD and Complex PTSD), spiritual depth, and over 22 years of coaching practice to create support that is grounded, inclusive, and deeply human.
