Most people I work with show up feeling stuck, exhausted by old patterns, or just plain unsure of what to do next. My first goal is simply to help you get your bearings. We’ll gently peel back the layers to get a clearer sense of what’s really going on and what truly needs your attention. Even after our first session, you might start to feel a shift. It can be subtle; a new way of looking at a problem, a little more lightness in your day, or just the simple, powerful realisation that things really can change.
A place to be yourself, without judgment
This is a quiet, safe space where you can be completely honest. There’s no need to perform or have everything figured out beforehand. People often tell me how relieved they feel to just talk, without worrying about saying the "right" thing. From that place of ease, we can start to gently sort through what’s true for you, what’s just noise from the outside world, and what you’re finally ready to let go of.

I bring together a few different things in our work: intuitive coaching, insight from Oracle cards (if that feels right for you), and practical, down-to-earth tools I’ve gathered from years of studying with teachers like Michael A. Singer, Eckhart Tolle, and Dr. Joe Dispenza. This means you won’t just leave our sessions with a new idea. You’ll leave with simple, concrete things you can actually do.

Of course, life keeps happening between our sessions. That’s where the real work begins. I’ll give you simple practices and things to reflect on in each action plan, so you can stay connected to yourself as you navigate your week. We will also be in touch via WhatsApp.
