The Return & The Reset

The_Return_Social_HiRes.jpg

I created 'The Return' for those moments when something has upset or triggered you and you want to get underneath it, rather than just manage it on the surface.

No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to feel.

The feedback so far has been truly game changing and I would love to hear how it lands for you.

After seeing how much of a powerful impact The Return has had, I knew I needed to create a version for teenagers too.

Because teens are carrying so much right now. And they deserve tools that actually speak to them, in a language they recognise.

The Return for Teens works in exactly the same way — simple, gentle and without any prior experience needed. It can be used alone or with a trusted adult alongside them.

If you have a teenager in your life who is struggling, this is for them.

Every day brings moments you do not prefer. A thought, a feeling, a reaction, an emotion that will not shift.

The Reset is a simple three-step daily practice for all of it. Rather than pushing it down or white-knuckling through it, you move through it, free it and step into the frequency of who you are becoming.

Used alongside The Return, it becomes a complete system for the inner work that actually changes things. Not occasionally, every day.

The Return for Tweens (ages 9 to 12)

This age can bring feelings that suddenly feel enormous, and this version of The Return shows tweens how to listen to those feelings as messengers rather than being run by them.

It is a bit of a secret superpower, and the steps are simple enough for them to do on their own whenever they need it.

Parents and carers are very welcome to read it too.

The Return for Little Ones (ages 5 to 8)

Big feelings do not wait until children are old enough to understand them, so I made a version of The Return just for the youngest ones.

It is a quick, gentle practice to do with a grown up sitting alongside, and it helps children find the calm, quiet place that lives inside them.

It works well at bedtime or after a wobble, whenever a little person needs to come home to themselves.
